Drafting of Article of Memorandum and Article of Association 72 Hours have name approved
Submission of article of Memorandum association for customer to preview and to adopt 24.
Registration of company after customer have adopted article of Memorandum and association 24 hours
Submission of print out of Registration of company form (CAC1.1) and other document name for customer signature. Within 48 hours after registration of the Company.
Final submission of Registration of company form (CAC1.1) and other document to C.A.C WITHIN 24 Hours after customer have signed on their documents.
Collection of certificate from CAC 96hours after final submission to C.A.C.
NGO as applicable to Private Company limited.
Please note that before we can proceed on NGO registration it will be after 25 days that the name has been published on two daily newspaper as it is required by the law.
